Bryce Dylan Hunt was born March 20, 2002 in Orem Utah. Bryce is the third child to Duane and Amy Hunt. Bryce has one older brother and sister and two younger sisters and one younger brother. Bryce is 16 years old and a junior at Los Osos High School. Bryce has been an excellent student his entire school career with a high GPA. Bryce loves being active and loves playing sports. Last year he was on the Los Osos wrestling team. He’s active in his young men’s basketball team a enjoys playing with his siblings. Bryce took piano lessons for a couple years and excelled at learning the piano but his interest was more for the guitar. He spends a lot of time playing both instruments but self-learning the guitar was more to his liking, and he has gotten good at playing it. Bryce loves the outdoors. He is always ready to go camping, hiking or go to the beach or lake Powell where he likes to water or snow ski, wake board, surf and be with his friends and family. Bryce has worked hard to receive his Eagle Rank. He was required by his Dad and Mom to have his project completed before he would be able to get his driver’s license. This added incentive encouraged him to stay focused in completing his Eagle project in a timely manner. Bryce’s Eagle project helped the Bellevue Cemetery by painting a portion of their 3 miles of rod iron fence. The fence encircles the entire cemetery. Even though his project was only a small portion of the fence he was able to finish painting the corner that faces Mountain Ave in Ontario. Bryce works two jobs right now so that he can save for his mission he is planning to serve for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He plans to attend a BYU school prior to and after his mission, where he is interested in pursuing a degree in dentistry. We are extremely proud of Bryce, his dedication to his family, church, friends and the scouting program.
